Terms and conditions

General

These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through Uhipwear AB and will exclude the application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Uhipwear AB unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Uhipwear AB.

 

Price and payment

Every product is shown including VAT for consumers within the EU and Norway*. If you are a business/company and log in, you will see the prices excluding VAT.

No Taxes or Duties: Your order is not subject to import taxes when buying online with us. For countries outside the European Union, except Switzerland, we ship delivery-duty-paid (DDP) from Sweden, meaning what you see in checkout on our website is what you will pay.

* For products below 3750 NOK.

 

Newsletter and sms

When you place an order in our web shop you also agree to receive our newsletter and sms with updates and exclusive deals. You can unsubscribe whenever you want via the link in the email/sms. 

 

Delivery

In case of Uhipwear has reason to question the buyer's solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, Uhipwear has no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products undercarriage unless the buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relationship or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by Uhipwear.

Dispatched within 1-2 days

We normally pack your order the same day or the day after.  In some cases, it takes a day extra.  Normally, the carriers deliver to European countries within 2 or 3 days and outside Europe within 3-7 days.

 

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages and deliveries that are denied by the customer at the destination will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages/denied deliveries, you will be charged for all costs involved with the return to us (freight cost to your destination, return freight cost and in some cases a fee that the freight forwarder claims us to pay).

 

Returning products

Returning a product is to be done at our expense, using the pre-paid label. Returned products are to be sent as letters or postal packages.
You will find the link to register your return in an email regarding your delivery. You will receive an email with your pre-paid return label when you register your return.

 

Return policy

Uhipwear's return period is 30 days.

Uhipwear shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but the latest within 30 days of the product being returned. 

Notice! The cost of the shipment will not be refunded.

In your message to us, you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchase of the full, or a significant part of the product. If you have purchased a customized product -or a product with significant personal customization, the return period is counted from the day Uhipwear informed you about the product.

You do not qualify for our return policy if:

  • Due to the physical nature of the service, it is not returnable.
  • The seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened.

When returning a product:

  • You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered.
  • You must not have used the product, however, you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

 

Campaigns

Our promotional offers are time-limited and cannot be used for orders made before or after the promotional period. Unfortunately, if you ordered before or after, you are not eligible for the campaign price. We reserve ourselves because products can run out of stock.

If you have purchased several goods in a so-called package offer or "buy 3 pay for 2" and you are returning parts of it, the invoice will be adjusted to ordinary prices. 

We adapt our prices in relation to trends, inventory status and demand from our customers. Price adjustments or promotions do not entitle a price difference refund.

 

Guarantees and services

All of our products have a 1-year warranty and a 3-year reclamation right according to the Swedish law called “konsumentköplagen”. The product warranty covers manufacturing defects. If you have purchased a defective product, in accordance with Konsumentköplagen, you are entitled to a free repair, a product replacement or cancellation of the purchase and monitory reimbursement. Your order confirmation or receipt is valid as the warranty.

 

Force majeure

Uhipwear is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevent, obstructs or render production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
